Our privacy commitment

Discretion is at the heart of our service. Every client is treated confidentially. For premium clients, celebrities, public figures and family offices we work strictly under a written Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement, signed before any details are exchanged.

Every staff member and provider assigned to an NDA client signs an equivalent confidentiality undertaking. Information is shared on a strict need-to-know basis, and NDA accounts can be held under a pseudonym.

1. Parties and purpose

This Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement is made between All-Inclusive Concierge Mallorca, operator of ai-mallorca.com ("we", "us", "the Company") and the person or entity signing below ("the Client"), for the purpose of discussing and delivering concierge, property, vehicle, yacht and lifestyle services ("the Purpose").

2. Confidential information

Any information disclosed by either party in any form, including identity, presence or travel plans on the island, addresses, access codes, floor plans, security arrangements, guests, family members, health, financial or business matters, photographs and any information about the property or its contents.

3. Obligations

Each party shall keep confidential information strictly secret, use it only for the Purpose, disclose it only to staff and providers who need it for the Purpose and who are bound by equivalent written obligations, and protect it with at least the care it uses for its own sensitive information.

We shall never confirm or disclose that the Client is a client, publish or allow photography of the Client, guests or property, or post anything on social media relating to the Client, without prior written consent.

4. Exceptions

Obligations do not apply to information that is or becomes public without breach, was lawfully known beforehand, is independently developed, or must be disclosed by law or court order — in which case the disclosing party gives prompt notice where legally permitted and discloses only the minimum required.

5. Duration, return and remedies

This agreement applies from signature and continues for 5 years after the last service, and indefinitely for personal and security information. On request, confidential information is returned or securely destroyed. Breach may cause irreparable harm; the injured party may seek injunctive relief in addition to damages.

6. Law

This agreement is governed by Spanish law; courts of Palma de Mallorca have jurisdiction. Electronic signature through this page is valid and binding; a record of name, email, date, time and version is kept.
